Job Description:

Dupro Consultants is looking for a well-presented and organized Receptionist to manage front-office operations and provide excellent administrative support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills a pleasant personality and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors professionally and direct them to the appropriate departments.

  • Handle incoming phone calls emails and messages efficiently.

  • Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth front-desk operations.

  • Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room coordination.

  • Handle courier correspondence and document filing.

  • Assist the HR and Admin teams with day-to-day clerical and administrative tasks.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

  • Provide general information about the company to visitors and callers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree / Diploma in any discipline.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).

  • Pleasant personality customer-oriented attitude and good organizational skills.

  • Female candidates preferred.
