Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors professionally and direct them to the appropriate departments.

Handle incoming phone calls emails and messages efficiently.

Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth front-desk operations.

Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room coordination.

Handle courier correspondence and document filing.

Assist the HR and Admin teams with day-to-day clerical and administrative tasks.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Provide general information about the company to visitors and callers.
Requirements:

Bachelors Degree / Diploma in any discipline.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).

Pleasant personality customer-oriented attitude and good organizational skills.
