Job Summary

Lead mentor and develop a team of engineering professionals fostering a culture of innovation accountability and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with all local national and international safety environmental and quality standards (including ISO OSHA and relevant statutory regulations).
Manage engineering project lifecycles from concept to commissioning ensuring on-time delivery budget adherence and technical excellence.
Drive process optimization initiatives to improve equipment reliability reduce operational costs and enhance production throughput.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations maintenance procurement and R&D to align engineering solutions with business objectives.
Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
Prepare and review technical documentation specifications drawings and performance reports.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to equipment efficiency downtime and project delivery.
Represent the engineering function in strategic planning sessions and executive reviews.

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Industrial or Production Engineering (or equivalent field).
510 years of progressive experience in engineering management preferably within manufacturing process industries or heavy industrial environments.
Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex projects from inception to completion.
In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing Six Sigma TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong understanding of industrial safety standards risk assessment and regulatory compliance in industrial settings.
Proficiency in CAD software MS Project SAP or similar engineering and project management tools.
Excellent problem-solving decision-making and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in managing capital projects vendor coordination and procurement processes is highly desirable.
