Duties & Responsibilities
Logistics Administrator Fruit Export Industry
Location: Northern Suburbs Western Cape
Salary: R35000 R45000 per month (experience-based)

Only candidates with experience in the fruit export industry in logistics or marketing will be considered for this position
Key Responsibilities
- Manage logistics administration
- Manage logistics daily coordination
- Manage stock and allocations
- Oversee stock age tracking to ensure fresh timely shipments to clients
- Recon packing vs packing orders
- Send packing lists to clients
- Update and monitor vessel schedules for accurate freight coordination
- Manage stock levels and maintain clear loading instructions
- Liaise with freight forwarders to coordinate efficient export processes
Candidate Requirements
- Relevant qualification or proven experience in logistics marketingor supply chain
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure
- Solid time management and task prioritization
- Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities
