Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic driven and highly motivated Businesto join our dynamic team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to launch a career in sales business development and strategic partnerships. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities qualifying leads setting appointments and contributing to our overall growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients industries and new markets for business expansion.

    • Utilize various channels (email phone social media networking) to generate new sales leads.

    • Qualify leads by understanding their needs pain points and potential fit for our products/services.

    • Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to prospective clients.

    • Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Senior Sales/Account Executives.

    • Professionally and persuasively articulate the companys value proposition to potential customers.

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and customer interactions in the CRM system (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).

    • Track and report on key metrics related to lead generation and pipeline development.

    • Actively participate in training sessions to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.

    • Collaborate closely with the Sales Marketing and Product teams to align strategies and share market feedback.

    • Assist in creating engaging sales materials (presentations emails case studies).

Qualifications and Skills (Required)

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications or a related field (Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply).

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to make compelling presentations and cold calls.

  • Attitude: Highly self-motivated proactive and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a sales career.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport and professional relationships quickly.

  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using basic Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and learning new sales software/CRM tools.
