Job Summary

As a Business Development Manager youll play a key role in driving our wholesale strategy across Germany and Austria. Youll be part of a collaborative forward-thinking team that values innovation integrity and client success.
What youll be doing:
- Partnering with the Head of Wholesale Distribution to deliver our German wholesale strategy
- Managing and growing a portfolio of B2B and B2B2C clients across ETFs and pooled funds
- Building strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Representing L&G Asset Management at key client meetings events and presentations
- Collaborating with product marketing compliance and finance teams
- Analysing market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
- Supporting the development of tailored client engagement plans
- Promoting L&G Asset Managements full product range with a focus on ETFs and digital retail channels
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Experience in asset management private banking or financial services sales
- Proven ability to build and manage strong client relationships
- Knowledge of ETFs and the European investment landscape
- Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and functions
- Fluent in German and English both written and spoken
- A proactive adaptable mindset with strong analytical thinking
- A degree in finance economics business or a related field (CFA or Masters a plus)
