Our client is a leading manufacturing company in Vietnam who is looking for experienced talent to join their firm.
Explore and identify new business prospects within the food and personal care industries focusing primarily on B2B markets.
Drive business growth efforts and oversee their commercial and financial outcomes.
Develop and sustain strong partnerships with FMCG customers especially those involved in procurement research and development and innovation.
Work closely with teams in product development quality control and operations to provide customized packaging solutions.
Analyze industry trends and emerging business models to seize opportunities proactively.
Offer commercial assistance to both internal teams and external partners as required.
Handle initial client interactions and successfully convert these into concrete business deals.
Share market expertise and insights about potential customers to support strategic planning throughout the company.
Requirements
At least three years of experience in flexible packaging particularly focused on food and personal care sectors.
A Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Marketing Economics or a related discipline.
Demonstrated success in B2B sales and business development especially working with FMCG clients.
Strong skills in negotiation communication and public presentations.
Excellent analytical abilities combined with emotional strength.
High proficiency in English including reading writing and speaking.
Competent with Microsoft Office applications and knowledgeable about CRM platforms; experience with Minitab is advantageous.
