As a Customer Experience Representative youll be the key link between our OEM customers and our internal teamsmanaging purchase orders coordinating requests for quotes (RFQs) and ensuring every interaction reflects our promise: Better Right Pain Free. Work Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Training & Work Location:This position begins with hands-on training at our Hutchinson facility (6 North Walnut Hutchinson KS 67501). What Youll DoReceive review and enter customer purchase ordersverifying part numbers pricing lead times and documentation accuracy. Manage and complete RFQs for custom wire harnessescoordinating with engineering design and production to ensure timely accurate responses. Serve as the primary liaison for OEM customers crafting clear professional written communication that builds trust and confidence. Proactively coordinate order status updates schedule changes and delivery details with precision and follow-through. Support new product introductions and prototype builds ensuring seamless communication from design to delivery. Identify opportunities for process improvement or value-add solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. Track and report key customer metricson-time delivery order accuracy and satisfaction trends.
What Were Looking ForEducation: Experience: 24 years in customer coordinator account management or inside sales preferably in manufacturing or environments that support businesses that build high value precision products. Experience working with purchase orders RFQs and/or ERP systems strongly preferred.
Spanish Bilingual a plus.
Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communicationprofessional concise and polished in every email and/or phone call. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer accounts and deadlines. High attention to detail when reviewing orders pricing and technical data. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or CRM systems a plus. Proactive curious and solutions-orientedable to anticipate needs before they arise.
