Job Summary
Join EST Companies as our Sales Representative and help us deliver innovative solutions to government and industrial customers across Hawaii and beyond. Youll combine sales expertise with technical knowledge to build trusted relationships promote ESTs products and services and drive profitable growth. This position is based in Waipahu HI with opportunities for travel across the U.S. and Guam.
WHAT YOULL DO
Develop new business opportunities and support existing customers.
Build longterm relationships through onsite visits demonstrations and briefings.
Promote ESTs products and services by assessing customer applications and equipment needs.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver accurate competitive proposals.
Manage pipeline activity in CRM (Zoho) and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
Travel locally with occasional overnight trips in the U.S. and potential expansion to Guam.
Requirements
3-10 years of successful direct sales experience (industrial or government sales preferred).
Associate or bachelors degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment with basic troubleshooting ability.
Fluent in English with excellent communication and listening skills.
Techsavvy with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Zoho).
Selfmotivated resultsdriven and a proven team player.
Valid drivers license clean record and ability to pass a thorough background check (DOD compliance required).
PHYSICAL & WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Ability to sit for extended periods at a computer.
Travel by commercial aircraft.
Routinely lift up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 100 lbs.
Work outdoors under varying environmental conditions with some exposure to hazardous materials and equipment.
Safely maneuver around vehicles machinery and moving objects.
Use ladders rated up to 300 lbs.

Required Skills:
Minimum 14 years successful sales and customer support experience preferably in industrial or government sales applications. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred; in lieu of degree five or more years of related experience/training or equivalent combination. Prior experience with government contracts strongly preferred. Strong knowledge/background in mechanical plumbing electrical equipment and electronic systems a plus. Strong computer skills including 3 years experience with MS Office (Excel & Outlook); CRM experience highly preferred.
