Job Summary

Job Overview:

As a vital part of CureMDs IT team the Associate IT Support Officer will play a key role in providing technical assistance and ensuring smooth IT operations. Acting as the first line of support this role is responsible for troubleshooting issues maintaining system functionality and ensuring a seamless user experience across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide timely technical support to end-users for hardware software and network-related issues.
Install configure and troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems.
Assist in the administration and maintenance of CureMDs LAN WAN and wireless network infrastructure.
Collaborate with IT teams to resolve escalated technical issues and ensure seamless operations.
Monitor system performance and configurations to maintain network security and stability.
Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to IT workflow enhancements.
Assist in hardware procurement and maintain an accurate IT asset inventory through the designated software portal.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Basic understanding of networking fundamentals Windows and macOS environments.
Familiarity with LAN WAN wireless networking and IT security best practices.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented IT support environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist end-users and collaborate with IT teams.
