Position: Hybrid Auditor / Inventory Management Specialist
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays; 10:00AM to 6:00PM EST (40 hours)
Salary range: $1300 to $1700 per month depending on experience

About the Role
Our client in the US is seeking a detail-oriented Hybrid Auditor / Inventory Management Specialist to join our onboarding team. This role ensures that all purchases and inventory data are accurately reconciled across our systems supporting smooth point-of-sale operations and maintaining data integrity within our financial and inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile purchases between internal software systems and spreadsheet reports
- Ensure that all inventory items have corresponding purchase orders in the point-of-sale system
- Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies or issues that prevent purchase order creation
- Log and escalate unresolved issues for further investigation
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for audit trails
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of the companys balance sheet and general ledger accounts
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures by preparing inventory purchase reconciliations and financial summaries
Qualifications & Skills
- 5 years proven experience in reconciliation auditing or quality assurance
- Accounting or finance background strongly preferred
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field (CPA not required)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficient in spreadsheet tools (e.g. Google Sheets or Excel)
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
