About the Role

Were currently seeking an Event Packer Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a critical role in preparing packing and supporting the seamless execution of catering orders and events. Youll work closely with our logistics culinary and facilities teams to ensure each order is packed accurately labeled clearly and sent out on time.

This is a hands-on detail-focused role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and values hospitality excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Fulfill and line up daily catering and event orders with accuracy and speed
Communicate regularly with culinary logistics and management teams
Create and apply labels for client orders including dietary notes and special requests
Review and execute BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) training provided if needed
Help identify/report/stock items stock issues or delivery concerns
Provide support for offsite events tastings and client visits as needed
Maintain cleanliness organization and safety in packing areas.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
