Job Summary

Hyperscale Technical Project Delivery Manager Global Physical Security (Direct Hire)

Location: Remote / Onsite as needed (up to 25% travel)
Employment Type: Full-Time Direct Hire with Superior Skilled Trades

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Hyperscale Technical Project Delivery Manager (TPDM) for a direct hire opportunity supporting large-scale global data center construction projects. The TPDM will lead all technical aspects of physical security system delivery from design review through onsite execution ensuring excellence compliance and performance across every phase.

What Youll Do

Partner with project leadership to review and refine technical designs for hyperscale data centers.
Lead the transition from design to delivery ensuring scope quality and performance standards are met.
Serve as the primary onsite technical authority during system installation and commissioning.
Oversee QA/QC inspections testing documentation and final handoff.
Collaborate with engineering contractors and stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues.
Maintain and update as-built documentation SOPs and project playbooks.
Ensure all work complies with global security standards and local regulations.

What Were Looking For

8 years of technical project management experience ideally within data centers or mission-critical environments.
Deep understanding of physical security systems access control CCTV alarm integration and related infrastructure.
Strong background in construction methodology QA/QC and system commissioning.
Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and resolve complex technical issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and client-facing interactions.
Bachelors degree required; PMP PRINCE2 PSP or CPP certifications preferred.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
