Job Description- Partner with internal teams to advance new valve product initiatives and maintain existing offerings.
- Design and refine valve components and assemblies to meet performance benchmarks.
- Conduct technical evaluations and produce documentation to support valve manufacturing and compliance.
- Apply engineering judgment to streamline development cycles and optimize valve design parameters.
- Identify potential technical challenges in valve systems and implement mitigation strategies.
- Introduce tools and workflows that enhance team output and valve product consistency.
- Review peer contributions for accuracy and completeness before final approval.
- Maintain clear communication with colleagues clients and vendors to align goals.
- Promote engineering standards and continuous improvement within the valve design team.
Requirements- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of two years of experience in designing valves rotating machinery pressure vessels or industrial mechanical systems
- Understanding of global standards related to valve design and pressure equipment is beneficial.
- Skilled in digital drafting platforms for valve modeling.
- Experience with simulation tools for stress and fluid behavior in valve systems.
- Occasional travel may be part of the role depending on project needs particularly for valve testing or supplier coordination.
Compensation: $100000 - 110000
