This is a remote position.

Schedule:
3 Full-time Staff needed
  • Schedule 1: Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm PST
  • Schedule 2: Monday 8am to 7pm/ Tuesday Friday and Saturday 9am to 7pm and Sunday 9am to 6pm PST
  • Schedule 3: Wednesday and Thursday 9am to 7pm / Saturday 8am to 7pm and Sunday 9am to 6pm PST

Job Description
Youll be the voice and first impression for clients seeking aesthetic and wellness services playing a crucial role in driving revenue and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to develop expertise in the growing medical aesthetics industry while working with a supportive team in a results-driven environment. Youll help clients navigate their treatment options and support a dynamic healthcare business that values professional communication and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls from prospective and existing clients across three spa locations
  • Respond promptly to client text messages and communications
  • Handle and convert new leads into booked appointments
  • Close sales through effective customer conversations and relationship building
  • Provide comprehensive customer service support throughout the client journey
  • Manage multi-location client communications using established phone and SMS systems
  • Collaborate with existing virtual assistant team members
  • Maintain professional communication standards appropriate for medical office setting

Requirements:
  • Fluent English communication skills with clear professional speaking voice
  • Strong phone and written communication abilities suitable for healthcare environment
  • Customer service experience preferably in healthcare medical spa beauty or related industries
  • Proven ability to handle sales conversations and close deals effectively
  • Comfortable working with phone systems SMS platforms and WhatsApp
  • Available to work Monday through Saturday schedule consistently
  • Bonus if you have experience in medical aesthetics wellness or beauty industries
  • It helps if youre familiar with lead management and appointment booking systems
