Key Responsibilities
Deliver an elegant and welcoming experience for every client during check-in and check-out.
Manage appointment scheduling confirmations rescheduling and follow-ups with utmost precision.
Serve as the professional face and voice of the brand reflecting poise grace and professionalism.
Liaise effectively between clients and clinical staff to ensure clear communication and client satisfaction.
Educate clients on available treatments packages and post-care while promoting repeat visits.
Track consultation outcomes follow up on leads and drive conversion rates.
Maintain accurate client data CRM records and follow-up logs for seamless service delivery.
Oversee the presentation and ambience of the front office ensuring a luxury-standard environment.
Anticipate client needs to deliver highly personalized and anticipatory service.
Manage VIP requests and confidential client information with discretion and professionalism.
Who You Are
Minimum of 3 years experience in a client-facing role within a luxury medical aesthetics hospitality or wellness environment.
Polished emotionally intelligent and articulate with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Skilled in client conversion upselling and relationship management.
Proficient in scheduling tools client management and CRM platforms (e.g. Zoho CRM PatientNow Aesthetix Pro Microsoft 365).
Detail-oriented with a passion for precision elegance and excellence.
Confident self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced high-standard environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in luxury medical spas aesthetic clinics or 5-star hotels.
Proven success in improving client conversions and retention.
Familiarity with medical aesthetic treatments such as Botox fillers or skin rejuvenation.
Experience managing CRM and digital client engagement tools.
Multilingual ability is an added advantage.
