About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized resourceful and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced fashion business. The ideal candidate will understand the unique demands of the fashion industry including client management inventory coordination staff supervision and overall administrative efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure smooth daily operations of the office and fashion showroom/workshop.

Manage administrative functions including scheduling correspondence reporting and record-keeping.

Coordinate with designers production staff and sales teams to meet deadlines.

Supervise staff performance attendance and adherence to company policies.

Maintain vendor relationships handle procurement and manage inventory.

Respond to client inquiries resolve complaints and ensure top-notch customer service.

Prepare and present operational and financial reports to management.

Ensure compliance with health safety and labor regulations.

Support management in planning and implementing process improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field.

4-6 years proven experience as an Office Manager preferably in fashion retail or lifestyle businesses.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and office management tools.

Ability to manage budgets negotiate with vendors and improve operational efficiency.

A flair for fashion and understanding of industry workflows is a strong advantage.
