Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a portfolio of SME and corporate clients understanding their goals and financial needs.

Conduct financial analysis and prepare credit proposals with sound structuring and risk assessment.
Monitor portfolio performance loan utilization and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless digital-first banking experiences.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years experience in SME / Business Banking with proven client acquisition and credit evaluation experience.
Solid understanding of financial statements credit risk and lending structures.
Excellent relationship management negotiation and communication skills.
Driven proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced digital environment.
