Were expanding our team and looking for a Billing Executive who can bring experience precision and accountability to our billing operationsfrom demography and charge entry to AR follow-up and denial management.

About the Role

As a Billing Executive youll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of billing processes. Youll handle demographic and charge entries manage claim submissions follow up on outstanding balances and resolve denials to keep our revenue cycle efficient and compliant.

This position is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in medical billing whos ready to take ownership of end-to-end billing tasks and help optimize our revenue operations.

What Youll Do

• Accurately input client demographic and insurance information into billing systems.
  

• Perform charge entry by recording services rendered in accordance with established guidelines.
  

• Prepare process and submit insurance claims promptly and accurately.
  

• Manage no-show and late-cancellation charges per company policy.
  

• Perform accounts receivable (AR) follow-up with insurance companies to track and ensure timely payments.
  

• Identify analyze and resolve claim denials and rejections including corrections and resubmissions.
  

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of claim actions status and resolutions.
  

• Collaborate with the billing team to maintain low Days in AR (DAR) and ensure efficient revenue recovery.
  

• Support billing audits and special projects as assigned.
  

Requirements

What Youll Bring

• 12 years of hands-on experience in medical billing accounts receivable and denial management (required)
  

• Strong understanding of insurance billing procedures and payer guidelines
  

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  

• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
  

• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
  

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  

• Familiarity with billing platforms such as TheraNest EZClaim or Waystar (preferred)
  

Nice-to-Haves (Not Mandatory)

• Familiarity with CPT ICD-10 or HCPCS codes
  

• Coursework or training in healthcare administration or RCM
  

• Experience with claim status check portals or clearinghouses
