We are looking for an enthusiastic pro-active and self-motivated individual to join the UK Packaging Division as a Customer Service Co-ordinator. As a natural people-person you will thrive on networking daily with existing and potential customers to support the administrative process for our Crumlin site (South Wales) by being our point of call for our customer base.
Working closely with Sales and Site teams across the business being organised with fantastic attention to detail is vital to this role as you will ensure all process information and reporting both internally and customer facing is accurate and updated as needed.
This role is a central part of our site team and deals with lots of different information so being able to interact with a variety of stakeholders and internal partners is key to being successful in this role no 2 days are the same! You will also be liaising directly with customers so a perfect role for a natural people-person.

Location: This is a full-time role based in our site in Crumlin (South Wales). Working hours are Monday to Thursday (site-based) from 8am 4.30pm and Friday (home-based) from 8am-1.30pm.
