Job Summary

Purely Automotive Recruitment Ltd offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our client based in Mobberley Cheshire.

We are requiring an experienced Service Advisor who can provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our clients customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing and keep the customer updated at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have. You will also liaise with Technicians & workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time. You will also be able to give best advice on products and services to customers. This position is full time Monday to Friday with no weekend working.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a proven customer facing track record within the automotive industry. We require individuals who can solve problems quickly and possess a strong attitude towards delivering excellent customer service levels. You will also have excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail with passion for the automotive industry. A working knowledge of Kerridge systems would be advantageous but not essential.
