Lead Connector Responsibilities:
- Operate as the primary signal person for crane operations
- Demonstrate expertise in rigging procedures and fall protection
- Work confidently at heights and ensure safety compliance
- Possess all necessary connecting tools
- Lead and support your backup connector as a team player
- Assist lead connector and maintain strong teamwork
- Work safely and confidently at heights
- Follow proper fall protection and tie-off procedures
- Bring all required connecting tool
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Consistent punctuality and strong work ethic
- Willingness to work overtime (5060 hours/week)
