What We Are Looking For
Baylor University is seeking a Gift Processing and Data Management Specialist to serve within University Advancement Services and reports to the Gift Processing Manager. This position is responsible for the recording and processing of contributions and ensuring all gifts are promptly and accurately entered and receipted according to IRS guidelines. It also provides support to the Data Management team by updating alumni and donor records.
Hybrid work will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Must live in the greater Waco area.
A high school diploma and one year of relevant work experience is required. An Associates degree and five years of experience are preferred.
*All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
