Main Duties Include:
Liaising with various suppliers to the fleet department such as our hire providers fuel card suppliers through to Accident Management companies
Ensuring the company / fleet spreadsheets and systems are up to date with relevant information
Dealing with fleet enquiries both on the phone and in person
At times being the primary contact on-site for the fleet control and provision
Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure the efficient running of the business
Preparing fleet analysis and reporting results to Management
Collating all the relevant vehicle paperwork
Completing other general administrative tasks
Ad hoc projects as instructed by Fleet Manager
Working Hours:
40 hours per week - Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 5:30pm.
What you will need to succeed:
Previous experience within a similar role
Forward thinking and able to use own initiative
High level of literacy
Excellent organisation and time planning skills
Attention to detail
Effective communication skills
Ability to process high volume of paperwork
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
High level of IT Literacy
Extra bonus points:
Fleet administration qualification
Experience vehicle accident management would be an advantage.
