Job Summary
Angott Search Group is proud to partner witha well-established community bank committed to serving local families farms and businesses in the search for an Ag Lender / Branch Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-driven banker with strong agricultural lending experience to lead a branch and help grow the banks presence in the community. The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of ag and commercial relationships while providing leadership to branch staff and driving local business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a high-quality ag and commercial loan portfolio
Lead branch operations staff development and community engagement
Develop new business and deepen existing customer relationships
Ensure sound credit practices and regulatory compliance
Qualifications:
5 years of agricultural and/or commercial lending experience
Strong credit analysis leadership and communication skills
Bachelors degree in Business Finance or related field preferred
Deep connection to the local ag community
