Whats the role
This is your chance to step into a high-impact role where youll help shape the future of Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) products at Westpac. As part of the Debt Products team youll be central to the product governance process making sure our products and critical business applicationsare well-managed risk-aware and aligned with customer and commercial needs.
Youll coordinate governance forums support product approvals and reviews and monitor performance across the lending value chain. Youll also work closely with stakeholders across the bank to ensure our products are not only fit-for-purpose but continuously improving.
This is a full-time role based in Sydney with a hybrid working model that gives you flexibility while keeping you connected to the team and the business.
