Job Summary
Sanderson Ford is seeking a skilled and motivated Transmission Technician to join our Service department! This position is ideal for a technician experienced in diagnosing repairing and rebuilding automatic transmissions. If you have expertise in diagnosing and repairing automatic transmissions we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
Diagnose repair and rebuild automatic transmissions across various makes and models
Perform complete overhauls clutch replacements and driveline repairs
Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and factory software for accurate troubleshooting
Complete repairs efficiently and according to manufacturer standards
Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
Communicate clearly with service advisors and other team members regarding repair status and findings
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Transmission Technician required (Ford or OEM experience preferred)
ASE or manufacturer certifications a plus
Strong mechanical and diagnostic capabilities
Proven ability to perform complex transmission and driveline repairs
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Positive attitude strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
