Job Summary

Job Description: Help Desk Technician at DecisionPoint

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems software and hardware
  • Respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner and prioritize issues based on urgency
  • Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions over the phone email or in person
  • Install modify and repair computer hardware and software
  • Maintain documentation of help desk tickets and resolutions
  • Collaborate with IT team members to escalate complex issues as needed

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or similar customer support role
  • Knowledge of computer hardware software and networking systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Desired Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Experience with service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSB) is a plus

Salary & Benefits:

  • Minimum Salary: $50000 per year
  • Maximum Salary: $60000 per year
  • Currency: USD
  • Benefits: Health insurance retirement plan paid time off
