Job Description: Help Desk Technician at DecisionPoint
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems software and hardware
- Respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner and prioritize issues based on urgency
- Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions over the phone email or in person
- Install modify and repair computer hardware and software
- Maintain documentation of help desk tickets and resolutions
- Collaborate with IT team members to escalate complex issues as needed
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or similar customer support role
- Knowledge of computer hardware software and networking systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Desired Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Experience with service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSB) is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $50000 per year
- Maximum Salary: $60000 per year
- Currency: USD
