Job Summary
Description of the role:
The BDC Customer Care Specialistwill be responsible for managing customer inquiries scheduling appointments and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless vehicle buying experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone email and other communication channels
- Schedule appointments for customers to visit the showroom
- Provide accurate information about vehicles pricing and promotions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
