Job Title: Service Desk Analyst

Location:Hybrid working Hertfordshire

We have an exciting opportunity with a growing organisation for a Service Desk Analyst that is looking to grow and develop their skills.

You will be

Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
Providing support for MACs & PCs
Using the ticketing system
Escalating issues when necessary
Getting involved with small-medium sized IT projects
Ensuring security & upgrades

For this role you need experience in a technical support/service desk role.

Experience with technologies like Azure Windows Office 365 are a must.

This role is an exciting role where you can learn a lot and also gain certifications too.

You also need:

A full driving licence and a car.
