Youll love your position as a General Manager:
Lead and manage all dealership departments including sales service parts and finance.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
Foster a customer-centric culture ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Recruit train and develop a high-performing team of automotive professionals.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Oversee inventory management pricing strategies and vehicle merchandising.
Collaborate with manufacturer representatives and maintain strong relationships to optimize dealership performance.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations dealership policies and business practices.

5 years of proven experience as a General Manager within the automotive industry with in-depth knowledge of automotive dealership operations including sales service and finance.
Strong proficiency in DMS CRM and other automotive technology/platforms.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data on a daily basis and make informed decisions to drive business success.
High degree of emotional intelligence.
Commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous learning.
Valid G drivers license and clean abstract.
OMVIC certification.
