About Dollys Dream:

For 28 years national charity the Alannah & Madeline Foundation now also with Dollys Dream has worked to safeguard every childs right to live free from violence and bullying.

Dollys Dream was set up in memory of Dolly Everett aged 14 who took her own life after an extended period of bullying and cyber bullying. Dolly left behind her parents Tick and Kate and her sister Meg who are now focused on helping prevent other families from going through the same devastating experience.

About the Partner Acquisition Specialist role:

The Partner Acquisition Specialist will drive the growth of Dollys Dream by leading partnership strategy securing high-value corporate and philanthropic partners and delivering impactful activations that boost income and awareness.

Some of the responsibilities include:

• Own and drive a targeted corporate partner acquisition strategy with a focus on high-impact opportunities and key philanthropic relationships.

• Pursue pitch and win new partners for flagship campaigns like Do It For Dolly Day.

• Manage a high-value prospect pipeline with clear revenue goals leveraging Raisers Edge or similar CRM tools.

• Lead exciting partner activations that amplify Dollys Dreams brand and mission.

• Partner with data and programs teams to unlock insights that fuel partnership growth and impact.

• Deliver sharp insightful reports on pipeline health and campaign success to the Fundraising Manager.

• Collaborate seamlessly across Marketing Comms and Programs to create powerful integrated campaigns.

About you!

You will be a great fit for the role if you have:

• 5 years in corporate partnerships or acquisition fundraising

• Experience in negotiating skilled in closing agreements and delivering partner activations.

• Proficient with CRMs (preferably Raisers Edge) for pipeline and performance tracking.

• Collaborative with experience working across teams such as fundraising marketing and programs.

• Non-profit/philanthropy experience a plus; corporate partnership expertise essential.

• Strong multitasker who meets deadlines and thinks strategically.

• Excellent communicator and project manager briefing internal and external teams.

• Current drivers licence and willingness to use own vehicle (expenses reimbursed).
