Blending modern farming practices cutting-edge science and diverse alliances River Partners reforests and reconnects river landscapes and critical wildlife corridors at an unprecedented pace and scale. Weve restored more habitat along impaired California rivers than anyone else in the western U.S. having led hundreds of projects across nearly 20000 acres throughout California. Our efforts result in a suite of tangible wins for struggling wildlife flood safety climate resiliency water conservation healthy communities and strong local economies.

Position Description:
River Partners is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to support the planning and budgeting of our habitat restoration and river revitalization projects. This role is essential to our project development process helping ensure our budgets are accurate competitive and aligned with ecological and regulatory standards.
Youll work closely with project managers engineers ecologists and contractors to interpret project plans and create reliable cost estimates. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction or restoration estimating strong skills in Excel and a passion for Californias natural ecosystems.

Compensation:
Salary is commensurate with experience anticipated to range between $73000 and$110000 annually. River Partners offers a generous benefits package including ample holidays and paid time off flexible locations and hours medical insurance and up to 4% 401K matching.
