Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced Centralized Estimator to support our growing restoration operations. This role is responsible for producing accurate Mitigation (MIT) and Structural Repair (STR) estimates while serving as the critical link between field teams insurance carriers and internal project management.

This is a high-impact position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the full life cycle of restoration estimatingfrom documentation review to carrier approval and job production handoff.

Requirements

What Youll Do

Create and manage MIT & STR estimates using Xactimate and Symbility
Review field documentation (photos scans demo sheets dry logs reports etc.)
Submit estimates and supplements to carriers and drive approvals
Communicate and negotiate directly with adjusters
Ensure all files are complete compliant and production-ready
Coordinate with field teams to resolve documentation gaps
Support smooth transition of approved jobs into production

What Were Looking For

Strong Xactimate & Symbility proficiency
Prior restoration estimating experience (preferred)
Excellent documentation and organizational skills
Ability to manage high-volume caseloads
Confident insurance communication & negotiation abilities
Comfortable working in a centralized remote/office environment
