• Working on active job sites at private residences commercial properties and public facilities which may involve access to homes schools parks and other sensitive locations.

• Operating heavy machinery power tools and company vehicles requiringa high levelof trust responsibility and safety awareness.

• Handling hazardous materials landscaping chemicals and irrigation systems whichdemandscompliance with safety and environmental regulations.

• Access to secured or restricted public work areas including government buildings and infrastructure sites where security clearance or background trustworthiness may berequired.

• Responsibility for client property tools and equipment which may involve unsupervised time on-site and possession of expensive company assets.
