Digital Printer Operator – 2nd Shift

• Monday - Friday 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
• Occasional overtime is required. 
• $17.00/hr plus $1.75/hr shift differential

Ready to dive into the fast-paced world of digital printing Were looking for an energetic and detail-loving Digital Printer Operator to join our team on the 2nd shift! If youre all about efficiency quality and teamwork this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What Youll Be Doing:

• Mastering our digital printing equipment like a pro! Youll be setting up maintaining and troubleshooting to keep things running smoothly.
• Collaborating with the team to plan staffing and hit production goals each shift (Teamwork makes the dream work!).
• Keeping communication flowing during shift overlaps to help boost plant performance.
• Maintaining a safe clean and organized workspace because safety success.
• Staying on top of quality control standards to ensure every print is precise and perfect.
• Lifting 1530 lbs (frequently) and standing for 810 hours a day (staying active!).

• Flexibility to work weekends and overtime when needed (were all in this together).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital printing equipment.
