The Opportunity
As a Pricing Manager youll shape the financial backbone of our government contracting operations. Youll lead pricing initiatives on competitive bids and proposals ensuring alignment with both regulatory standards and business goals. Your expertise will help position MAXISIQ for success on high-profile federal opportunities while balancing value compliance and profitability. This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role with influence across the full lifecycle of our capture and proposal process.
What Youll Do
- Build sophisticated cost and pricing models for federal proposals (RFPs RFQs task orders recompetes).
- Develop compliant compelling Cost/Price volume narratives.
- Create and validate Basis of Estimate (BOE) documentation and Level of Effort (LOE) analyses.
- Design and execute pricing strategies that enhance our competitive advantage and business growth.
- Interpret solicitation requirements and ensure alignment with FAR DFAR and other federal compliance frameworks.
- Partner closely with capture managers program teams and finance to craft effective data-driven bid approaches.
- Lead price-to-win analyses scenario modeling and margin optimization efforts.
- Develop complete audit-ready pricing documentation for internal and external review.
- Mentor pricing analysts refine internal tools and promote best practices in pricing strategy and compliance.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Economics or a related field
- 7 years of pricing experience including a minimum of 3 years supporting U.S. Government contracts.
- Expertise in competitive proposal pricing cost analysis and compliance.
- Strong grasp of FAR/DFAR TINA and CAS requirements.
- Advanced Excel and cost-modeling skills with an analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
- Proven success navigating complex proposals and influencing pricing outcomes.
- Clear confident communicator skilled at translating financial insight into actionable strategies.
- Secret clearance preferred.
