Job Description
We are seeking a Communications Representative to join our dynamic team in San Antonio. This role plays a key part in ensuring clear consistent and effective communication between our company clients and partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills a professional demeanor and a passion for delivering impactful messages that align with our brand vision.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
Draft edit and proofread written materials such as press releases client updates and internal memos.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure message consistency and alignment with company goals.
Support the planning and execution of events presentations and corporate communications.
Monitor communication channels to maintain brand tone and professionalism.
Assist in creating and distributing company announcements and media materials.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field.
13 years of experience in communications client relations or corporate support.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Professional presentation and the ability to handle multiple priorities under deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office communication tools.
