Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Event Management and Marketing Excellence Project Manager to join our central marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our marketing initiatives through strategic project management and unparalleled event management expertise. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of event management and marketing project management skills ensuring seamless execution of high-impact marketing events and projects that align with our organizational goals and reflect our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Management:
- Lead the planning execution and evaluation of large-scale marketing events including exhibitions conferences product launches etc.
- Develop event concepts and themes that align with the companys strategic objectives and brand identity.
- Manage event logistics budget and resources efficiently to ensure successful event delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams external vendors and partners to secure venues negotiate contracts and coordinate event arrangements.
- Implement innovative solutions to enhance attendee engagement and satisfaction leveraging technology and creative digital tools.
Project Management:
- Lead marketing excellence projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope goals deliverables timelines and resources.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute project tasks monitoring project progress and performance.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives providing regular project status reports for stakeholders showcasing progress challenges and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in event planning marketing project management marketing operations or related roles with a proven track record of delivering successful events or projects.
- Exceptional organizational multitasking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills capable of managing diverse teams and building effective relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
