About the Role

As a Sales Manager of VW Account you will be responsible for developing VW group business in China including SAIC VW / FAW VW / Anhui VW / VCTC / VGC. Promoting Harmans comprehensive product portfolioincluding Intelligent Cockpit Car Audio and other advanced solutionsthrough a robust growth strategy and business plan.

What You Will Do

• Lead the business growth of VW Group in China
• Grow Harman intelligent cockpit CCU / DCU / Headunit / Display Module / Car Audio business per Harman China Growth Strategy
• Lead business hunting and manage business from RFQ to final award
• Implement Local to Local growth strategy while get full alignment with global VW sales team

What You Need to Be Successful

• A deep understanding of VW China business decision process. Relationships between different VW JV entities
• Solid relationships with SAIC VW / FAW-VW / VCTC / Anhui VW
• Sound knowledge of Automotive EESE and Intelligent Cockpit product portfolio
• Good sense of figures Business Case financials / P & L

What Makes You Eligible

• 5 Years minimal customer business development and account management experience of VW Group in China
• Working level of English language German is a plus
• Willing to travel
• Due to the nature of global infrastructure you understand that flexibility in working hours is required
