Overview

We are seeking a Data Analytics Project Manager to lead and coordinate data pipeline initiatives across business and engineering teams. This role demands strong multilingual communication skills stakeholder management expertise and a solid grasp of data engineering principles to bridge business needs with technical execution.

Job Duties:

Key Responsibilities

Deliver data pipeline projects including gathering and refining business requirements
Assist business units in onboarding their data needs into the enterprise data platform
Collaborate closely with the engineering team in Shenzhen to prioritize and resolve daily project issues
Support incident triage and help manage business-impacting data issues
Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies and maintain project tracking via JIRA

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 12 years of experience in delivering data analytics or data pipeline projects
Strong communication skills in English Mandarin. Proficient in Cantonese will be highly preferred.
Proven ability in stakeholder management across business and technical teams
Basic understanding of data architecture ETL design and data platform onboarding
Familiarity with data lineage metadata management and data governance frameworks
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum practices and tools such as JIRA

Experience working in cross-regional teams especially with engineering hubs in mainland China
Willingness to travel as needed for project coordination and stakeholder engagement

Hands-on experience with Huawei private cloud especially DataArts implementations
