Overview
We are seeking a Data Analytics Project Manager to lead and coordinate data pipeline initiatives across business and engineering teams. This role demands strong multilingual communication skills stakeholder management expertise and a solid grasp of data engineering principles to bridge business needs with technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver data pipeline projects including gathering and refining business requirements
- Assist business units in onboarding their data needs into the enterprise data platform
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team in Shenzhen to prioritize and resolve daily project issues
- Support incident triage and help manage business-impacting data issues
- Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies and maintain project tracking via JIRA
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of experience in delivering data analytics or data pipeline projects
- Strong communication skills in English Mandarin. Proficient in Cantonese will be highly preferred.
- Proven ability in stakeholder management across business and technical teams
- Basic understanding of data architecture ETL design and data platform onboarding
- Familiarity with data lineage metadata management and data governance frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum practices and tools such as JIRA

- Experience working in cross-regional teams especially with engineering hubs in mainland China
- Willingness to travel as needed for project coordination and stakeholder engagement

- Hands-on experience with Huawei private cloud especially DataArts implementations
