Job Summary

To work with our Global Key Accounts Team reporting to the Head of Global Key Accounts in HQ we are looking for a highly motivated Global Key Account Manager to focus on the international business of selected global Chinese construction companies.

  • You are the first point of contact for all international queries of selected global Chinese construction companies. You will drive global revenue goals.
  • You work in close contact with our organizations in the Middle East Asia Europe and the Americas to develop a mutual strategy considering local and international business activities
  • You take over responsibility for selected Chinese Global Key Accounts and to define individual key account plans tailored to their international expansion model.
  • You develop a strong network within the Global Key Account HQ including Chinese SOEs private contractors design institutes and project decision-makers. Your actions will increase the value perception of our company
  • You communicate and align all strategic activities with internal stakeholders to reach defined targets
  • You provide input for our HQ departments to develop tailored products & services in support of Global Key Accounts
  • You get involved in Large Scale Projects of assigned Global Key Accounts
  • You establish and maintain global framework & preferred supplier agreements for Global Key Accounts
  • You identify future Global Key Accounts

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Engineering or Construction
  • 10 years experience in Key Account Management and / or Sales
  • Strong experience in construction industry preferably with formwork scaffolding or heavy equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people of different cultural backgrounds
  • Excellent communication skills in Mandarin Chinese & English
  • Strategic mind set self-motivated with strong work ethics
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Assertive team player
  • Willingness to travel globally
