Brandt is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Settlements Administratorto join our Settlements & Rental team. Reporting to the Settlements & Rental Manager this role plays an important part in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of settlements across the Brandt Group of Companies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing and reconciling settlements in line with company and supplier requirements
- Reviewing and auditing whole goods transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with OEM program guidelines
- Supporting the monitoring and reconciliation of accounts related to whole goods invoicing
- Assisting with reporting documentation and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely settlements

Youre organised detail-focused and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in your attention to detail and enjoy working independently and as part of a team. Youll also bring the following strengths:
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable responsible and committed to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
- A good understanding of accounting or administrative processes (experience in a similar role is an advantage)
