In this pivotal role youll lead the companys sales engine building meaningful partnerships with colleges and universities that depend on timely accurate and professional service. What Youll Do:
As Director of Client Solutions and Support you will:
- Lead the full sales and client engagement cycle from discovery through contract execution.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments craft tailored proposals and guide institutions toward compliance-driven solutions.
- Generate and convert leads through strategic marketing and targeted outreach to higher education institutions.
- Oversee new client onboarding ensuring smooth transitions from proposal to production.
- Collaborate across divisions to optimize consultant allocation proposal development and contract management.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to refine messaging and sustain growth.

The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
- 35 years of experience in client services sales support or operations AND Director-level expertise in Title IV Federal Financial Aid.
- Experience in a specific sales-driven or revenue generating position where they contributed to increased growth and profitability through sales or client services.
- A consultative communication style that uncovers needs and inspires trust.
- Proven success in identifying compliance risks proposing solutions and managing complex client relationships.
- Experience developing creative alternatives to typical/traditional methods for client engagement and follow-up.
- The ability to anticipate or identify problems and recommend mitigation strategies.
- A strong proficiency in Microsoft Office CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Bachelors degree in business Higher Education Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
