Job Summary

Job Title: Corporate IT Solutions Delivery Partner

Location: San Rafael CA (Hybrid)

Job Type: Contract

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or related field.

Preferred certifications: TOGAF PMP ITIL SAFe or cloud certifications (AWS Azure).

Experience:

5 years in designing and delivering technology solutions for Corporate/G&A business owners as BA solutions delivery or similar.

Expertise in Corporate processes and operating models (Compliance Physical Security CyberSecurity Global Sourcing & Procurement Finance).

Knowledge of IT systems and platforms such as Microsoft 365 ServiceNow Veeva Power BI Databricks SAP and common integrations (SSO API ETL).

Strong project management and vendor coordination experience.

Skills:

Strong understanding of IT systems processes and project management methodologies.

Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-solving mindset attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical issues and guide end users.

Ability to create process documentation and support end-user training; exposure to FDA regulated environments or ITIL-based service management preferred.
