About the Opportunity:
On behalf of a well-established commercial drywall contractor based in Springfield MA we are seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Drywall Project Manager. This company has built a strong reputation in the Northeast for delivering high-quality commercial drywall projects on time and within budget.

Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience managing commercial drywall projects. Youll be responsible for overseeing all phases of drywall construction from pre-construction through project closeout ensuring efficiency quality and profitability. A strong understanding of framing and drywall systems excellent leadership skills and proficiency with industry software are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan coordinate and manage all aspects of commercial drywall projects.
Collaborate with clients subcontractors architects and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Prepare project budgets schedules submittals change orders and reports.
Monitor job progress quality control safety compliance and profitability.
Resolve job site issues and conflicts promptly and effectively.
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with codes specifications and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial drywall construction.
Proven ability to manage drywall projects from start to finish in both occupied and new construction settings.
Proficient in construction software tools such as On-Screen Takeoff PlanGrid Procore Bluebeam or similar.
Strong communication leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of local building codes safety standards and industry best practices.
Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required.

Location:
This is a full-time in-person role based in Springfield MA with occasional travel to job sites in the surrounding region.
