Seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our flourishing design and project management team with exciting projects for major multinational clients across Italy.Job Description
The Project & Development Services department at Cushman & Wakefield a leading real estate consultancy firm is seeking an architect/interior designer to develop creative solutions and projects for office spaces.
The ideal candidate must hold a degree in architecture and have at least 8 years of professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design projects from concept to delivery ensuring quality timelines and budget compliance
- Collaborate effectively with other team members
- Proficiency in using major technical design software (e.g. AutoCAD power point 3d software)
- Develop functional and efficient design solutions
- Present concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
- Knowledge of materials commonly used in office fit-outs (flooring wall coverings partitions etc.)
- Creativity attention to detail and innovative thinking
- Strong personality proactive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English
