Whats the role
As Project Director- Commercial Property youll lead the delivery of high-value property initiatives across Westpacs national portfolio. From major refurbishments to sustainability-driven upgrades youll oversee every stage of planning and execution ensuring projects align with strategic goals and governance standards. This is a full-time role based in Sydney with occasional travel across Australia.
Youll lead end-to-end delivery of complex corporate property projects ensuring alignment with strategic goals budgets and timelines. This includes overseeing cost planning and scenario modelling managing consultant procurement with a strong focus on ESG integration and providing clear governance and executive-level reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Youll work closely with internal teams external consultants and senior stakeholders to bring bold spaces to lifeon time on budget and with impact.
