Were looking for a Service Delivery Specialist to be the vital link between our mainframe technology teams and the this role youll coordinate the delivery of mainframe upgrades disaster recovery testing and compliance activitiesensuring everything runs smoothly stakeholders are engaged and Westpacs core banking services remain resilient and future-ready.
Please note: Candidates located interstate are eligible to apply.
Key responsibilities include:
- Be the go-to contact for mainframe software upgradeskeeping application teams informed engaged and on track for post-implementation testing.
- Coordinate disaster recovery and resilience testing making sure we meet all compliance requirements (including CPS230).
- Build strong relationships across technology operations and business teamsdriving collaboration and accountability even when theres no project funding.
- Communicate clearly provide timely updates and keep everyone aligned on what matters most.
- Support continuous improvement in how we deliver govern and report on mainframe services.
What do I need
- 5-10 yrs IT Service Delivery.
- Strong understanding of mainframe.
- Project management & service management.
- Tertiary qualifications.
- Technical or professional certifications.
