This Service Manager role is to oversee a large OSHC service in Chatswood with an existing team of Coordinators Assistant Coordinators and Educators this service is designed for excellence. Licensed for over 100 children per day this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a high-quality OSHC program.

About the role:
Leading a team of Coordinators and Educators you will manage a service in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. Youll have the support of a state-specific office regular visits and mentorship from an experienced Regional Leader. The role is fulltime (38 hours per week) structured in block shifts to support work-life balance with approximately 5.5 hours per week in direct ratio hours along with responsibilities as an Educational Leader.
- Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program.
- Foster healthy relationships with children the school community and parents.
- Lead a team of Educators onsite including roster management.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of your service.
- Ensure quality and compliance in service delivery in line with the NQF.
- Grow attendance to support children and families.
Who are we looking for
- Minimum 2 years experience working with children in a leadership position or a similar role.
- Ideally minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Diploma in Childrens Services) or have completed a minimum of 2 years of full-time study in a relevant field.
- Current and valid Working with Children Check or state-required check.
- Clear and professional communication.
