Senior Associate, Employee Claims-Workers' Compensation

Job Summary

This role is hybrid out of Pennsauken NJ-minimum of 1 day per week in office

Were seeking aWorkers Compensation Claims Adjuster who shares our mission of caring for people ensuring that every claim is handled with empathy integrity and attention to detail.

What Youll Do:

Manage and resolve workers compensation claims with compassion and fairness from first report through closure
Partner with employees and service office leadership to support safe recovery and return to work.
Collaborate with Third Party Administrator to ensure claims are handled effectively and brought to the most cost-effective resolution.
Handle a caseload of 100 150 active Workers Compensation claims including litigated claims.

What Youll Bring:

3 years of workers compensation adjusting experience
Strong understanding of workers compensation laws and best practices
Excellent communication and active listening skills with a genuine desire to help others
Ability to mentor and train others
